You need nothing more than your web browser and the latest Macromedia Flash plugin to play.
AdventureQuest Review: A Good Old Game
In terms of game years, AQ is old, and you would think horribly outdated. Many games this aged would have been left in the bargain bin, destined to fade away into obscurity. But Artix Entertainment, the developer behind AQ has defied this convention. What started as a browser game that looked like it was made on a budget has evolved and have been improved to the more polished product it is today.
AQ Guide: A Beginner's Guide to Stats
Stat Training Costs: To go from 0 to 5 in a stat is free, but from then on it costs you gold to raise your stat further. Training Gold costs are now 20% less expensive. (Cheaper!) The cost formula is now = stat * stat * 0.80 So if you are on 50 points and train, it will be 50x50, x 0.8 .. or 2000 gold, instead of the 2500 it originally would have cost.
