Introduction
The game is based heavily on diplomacy and intercouncil relations. What makes it unique is the fact that the player has the ability to control almost everything, from ship designs, to defenses, even what your planets build. Its currently (and probably forever!) in an open beta, since the game is always being balanced and bugs are being found.
