Urbaniacs

Urbaniacs is a PBBG (Persistent Browser-Based Game). The title, "Urbaniacs", refers to super cool super heroes who live in Urbanville. You create them, you control them.

Your unique super hero!
Once you join, you will land on the Equip Interface which allows you to create your initial Urbaniac. Each Urbaniac character comes in three parts: Head, Body and Legs. Each of these three parts carries with it, that character's super power, and its own name.

Part of the fun, is in choosing parts to make your own unique and aesthetically pleasing character, not to mention the radical name you'll end up with, such as Afro-licious Erratic Vixen!

If you have earned enough Urbos (In-game currency), then go shopping at Funk Daddy's Pimp-out Depot and Lunar's Body Shop. You could change your Urbaniac parts and gears.

Daily training
Training is the #1 thing to do each day as it will make your character more powerful. You'll arrive at the Proving Grounds where you can use any training passes you may have gotten from assaults or competitions.You get five free training sessions per day. Make sure you use them, because if you don't use them, you lose them.

Once you click on the training icon, you'll come to nifty training room.The training mechanism will randomly select what body part will be trained (head, body or legs), what attribute will be increased (might, defense, health, mojo or super power) and how much it will increase.

Props

Props are like extra credit points. You can reward someone some Props (proper respect) if you think they're cool, funny, or do something good on the site.

How much Props you have shows the rest of the people on the site how cool you are. Technically, Props and Disses are a useful way of gauging other Urbaniacs when using forums and the Swap Meet.

Challenges
Challenges are basically a competition to see who can get the highest score for a game, but with a built-in rating and betting system that allows you to possibly win some Urbos from your fellow challengers. The object of a challenge is to post the highest score you can within the specified challenge period. When the challenge period finishes, the scores of the other challengers are automatically calculated and the player(s) with the highest score wins.

Lottery
The lottery is a free contest run by the Urbanville Lottery Commission. It is a daily lottery that gives away a prize of urbos or an item to one lucky ticket holder. You may get one free lottery ticket each day. Each night at 12:01AM UST, the winning lottery ticket is selected for the previous day. The prize is automatically given to the winner and the next lottery begins.
 

Battles & Urbowars
The Urbaniacs Battle Arena is a turn-based battle game that allows you to face off against other Urbaniacs. Winning a battle requires a mix of strategy, your Urbaniac's stats and a bit of luck.

The Urbowars are a monthly team competition that pits members of each disposition against each other. Play games, battle, train and more...It all counts.
