Are you ready to take your strategy gaming to the next level? MapleStory iTCG Online draws on the characters, weapons, monsters and magic of MapleStory, the leading free-to-play MMO to create the ultimate online collectable card game experience. Each time you play, you'll choose a MapleStory hero to represent you in a fight to the finish. You'll duel your friends, build new decks, devise new strategies and take part in exciting tournaments all to become the iTCG master!
The main objective of the game is to get your opponent character's HP to zero. You'll do this by leveling your character and strategically summoning monsters, equipping items, and using powerful tactics to rain damage on your opponent.
MapleStory iTCG features four types of cards:
Characters Cards are special. You only get to use one per match, and you don't put them into your deck. Instead, your character card represents you and determines which moves you start off with in each match.
The rest of the cards (Monster, Tactic, and Item cards) consist of two parts. You'll have to pick which of these parts to use during each match:
1. You can “play” the top part of each card to summon a monster, equip an item, or unleash a powerful tactic.
2. Or you can “level up” using the bottom part of each card. Doing so will earn you the Character Action listed on the bottom part of that card, most of which you can use again and again, once per turn.
